The incredible details of this avant garde vintage Issey Miyake romper are almost impossible to show in photographs.

It was made in the 1990's of 100% lightweight, sheer black wool. It is lined to a shortened asymmetrical hem, leaving space between the lining and deep, drop crotch for an interesting shape of sheer black. The beauty of this piece is in the perfect construction and flowing movement.

This is a sleeveless romper, perfect for any time of year. It has abalone buttons down the left side, a scoop neck and slit hip pockets.

This romper looks like a jumper dress, as the leg holes come out of either end of the sewn-together bottom hem. When worn, it has a paper bag or harem effect. This romper dress is marked as a size small, and is meant to have an oversized, baggy fit.
